Receiving damaged or incorrect items is a rare occasion and if this happens to you, you are not liable.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for any damage and verify it is the correct item(s). We are not liable for damages that occur during assembly, where required. If your item(s) do arrive damaged or incorrect, please send photos (within 2 days/48 hours of receiving your order and before beginning assembly) to email@example.com and we will file a claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Returns:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a $20 administration fee; If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please carefully check the dimensions of the items prior to ordering. If your item(s) are not damaged or defective and you would like to return them, they carry a 20% manufacturer’s restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Customers must reach out within 2 days/48 hours of receiving their order to request a return; please wait to receive a written authorization and instructions via email back from us prior to returning any product, damaged or not. When applicable, refunds will be upon receipt of the item and not before, we recommend getting a tracking number.
